Help us help you quickly

Write from the email address on your account, or give the mobile number you signed in with.
Say what happened, when, and what you see on the screen.
Never send us your OTP. We will never ask for it.
Do not send your ID documents by email. Upload them on the verification page in the app.

Reporting a member

The fastest way is in the app: use Report on the member's profile or in your chat with them. Reports reach our team directly. If you feel unsafe, block the member first. If you are in danger, call 112. Our safety guide lists other helplines.

Complaints and your data rights

Under India's IT Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have a Grievance Officer who handles formal complaints, content removal requests and requests about your personal data.
