Download the app, sign in and follow the steps: your photos, your community details and what you want in a partner. It takes a few minutes. Our profile guide has tips that help.

Because families need these details to know whether a match is possible, for example where clan rules decide who may marry whom. You pick yours from lists in the app.

You upload a government ID and your caste certificate. A person on our team checks each one before the Verified badge appears on your profile. It is free. Read how verification works.

Usually one to three days, because a person checks every document. If a document cannot be read, the app tells you why and you can upload it again.

No. Verification is free for every member. Premium is a separate, optional plan, and paying never gives you a badge.

Only our review team sees them. Other members never do. They are deleted within 48 hours of the decision on your case.

Your profile needs to be at least 80% complete to answer interests. At 100% you also get the Profile complete badge.

Send an interest to someone you like. If they accept, you are a match. You can also accept the interests other members send you.

A contact lets you start a chat with someone you matched with or who accepted your interest. Every verified member gets 10 a month; Premium gives 30.

On the free plan, 300 messages a day. Premium has no daily limit. Status, stickers and voice notes are free for everyone.

On the free plan you can still answer it: the card shows age, district and tribe, and the name and photos appear once you accept. Premium shows you who it is before you decide.

They are the app's guide. They answer questions about profiles, safety and using the app. The guide is always labelled as a guide, never a member, and talking to it is free.

Yes. Joining, making a profile, getting verified and chatting are free. Premium is an optional monthly plan for unlimited messages and more contacts.

₹499 a month. It gives unlimited messages, 30 contacts a month, 3 top-of-search boosts a month, seeing who liked you, the reasons you match, finer partner preferences (district, sub-tribe, clan, surname, education and job), couple scenes with matches, watching statuses unseen, and new features first.

Inside the Android app, through Google Play. Tribal Hearts never asks for payment in chat, by UPI or by bank transfer.

Open Google Play, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel Tribal Hearts Premium. You keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for.

A boost moves your profile up in other members' search results. Premium includes 3 a month. On the free plan you can buy one for ₹49.

Share your referral code, or a free poster from our posters page. Every friend who joins and gets verified brings you 3 contacts and 1 boost.

Other Tribal Hearts members, according to your privacy settings. In the app you choose who may view your profile and who may send you interests. Profiles are never shown on this website.

On Android, screenshots are blocked on chats, on other members' profiles and photos, and on ID documents.

Use Block or Report on their profile or in your chat with them. Blocking stops them reaching you at once, and reports go straight to our team.

Do not pay, and report the member in the app. If you have already paid, call 1930 or report at cybercrime.gov.in straight away. Our safety guide explains the common tricks.

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. You can also read our data deletion page.
